WHAT WE OFFER:
UPON receipt of a reel the owner is notified, and given approximate repair/return date.
ALL reels are disassembled after we receive them and are thoroughly cleaned of all grease, oil and foreign matter. Then reels and their parts are dried and inspected for wear. parts showing excessive wear are replaced with new parts. We use only new parts.
Bearings are checked for smoothness. If bearing can be cleaned it will be cleaned and re-greased.
Reels are then reassembled using proper greases and oils.
Reels are tested, packaged and returned to owner via USPS PRIORITY MAIL 2 or 3 day service.
Any reel received for servicing, shall not be serviced if we feel the repair costs are excessive without first consulting the owner. Unfortunately, some reel repairs are prohibitive, and unless a reel has great sentimental value, they would not be worth the costs.
We make every effort to return reels within 10 days of receipt.
